The Practice
Summit Analytics was founded on a specific observation: analytics investments fail when the people building them don't understand the business. Generic BI consultants learn the tool; they don't learn the supply chain. Summit Analytics exists to do the opposite — go deep on the domain, publish the references and frameworks the work actually needs, and take on engagements selectively.
What we believe
Analytics projects succeed when domain knowledge, technical skill, and long-term relationships converge. We optimize for all three.
Supply chain analytics is not generic BI. The right data model, the right table, the right transaction code — these matter. We publish the references that make this knowledge transferable.
The best analytics work is patient. Multi-year embedded engagements where planners stop fighting the data and start trusting it. That's the bar.
The principal
Summit Analytics is led by Bryan Schoener-Scott, a supply chain analytics practitioner based in the Pacific Northwest. Multi-year embedded experience with Fortune 50 MedTech supply chains, specializing in Databricks architecture, inventory optimization modeling, and production reporting platforms.
